Solves the time-consuming and inefficient problems of traditional food safety testing. By simplifying sample processing, automating nucleic acid replication, and utilizing direct colorimetric detection, the detection platform can rapidly identify pathogens or contaminants in food, improving monitoring efficiency and accuracy to ensure food safety and health sustainability.
Technology Introduction
This work combines filter paper and phase-change materials to enhance the stability and convenience of DNA sample processing. Through an automated system, it reduces human error and improves the efficiency and accuracy of nucleic acid replication and detection. It is suitable for food safety testing applications, realizing a rapid, stable, and efficient genetic detection workflow.
