 Pain Points Solved 

During clinical emergency care, medical personnel often make excessive movements during laryngoscopy intubation or remove tubes too many times in an effort to establish an open airway. This frequently leads to secondary injuries to the patient's oral cavity, such as broken teeth or lacerations of the lips and tongue, requiring unnecessary follow-up treatments such as tooth restoration, and even medical disputes.

 Technology Introduction 

This invention relates to a U-shaped upper and lower jaw protection sleeve made of biocompatible shock-absorbing plastic material. The lower toothed protective sleeve has a rotating guide plate, which can not only guide the successful insertion of the endotracheal tube quickly and accurately and protect the lower lip, but also combine with the upper toothed protective sleeve to fix the endotracheal tube and prevent it from slipping out, thereby achieving the purpose of safely protecting the teeth, lips and tongue at the same time.

 Application Examples 

1. Emergency Room: In the chaos of emergency intubation, this reduces the risk of tooth fractures or lip/tongue lacerations caused by rough handling during laryngoscopy tube removal.
2. ICU, Respiratory Care Ward, Nursing Home: This oral protection device provides protection for the teeth, lips, and tongue of intubated patients and ensures comfortable and secure placement of intubation lines.
3. Operating Room: During general anesthesia, it provides safety protection for anesthesiologists with intraoral tubes and for intubated patients' teeth, lips, and tongue.
4. Endoscopy Room: During the insertion of large gastroscopes and colonoscopes, it provides safety protection for the oral cavity, lips, and tongue of gastroenterologists with intraoral tubes.
