Kaohsiung Medical University / Prof. Yu-Jhih Yu

 Pain Points Solved

  • Addresses poor compliance associated with conventional therapies, particularly for patients who are not candidates for surgery or who cannot tolerate CPAP or oral appliances.
  • Delivers stable positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) to effectively prevent upper airway collapse, reducing breathing interruptions and improving overall sleep quality.
  • Compact, portable, and mask-free design significantly reduces discomfort and nighttime disturbance during use.
  • Features an adjustable inlet–outlet diameter that allows personalized airflow and pressure regulation, enhancing both therapeutic effectiveness and user comfort.

 Technology Introduction

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) results from upper airway collapse, causing repeated breathing interruptions and potential cardiovascular risks. Many patients struggle with CPAP compliance. Our product, i-SLEEP, offers a mask-free, discreet, and portable solution. It provides stable positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) to prevent airway collapse. Unlike competitors, i-SLEEP features an adjustable inlet-outlet diameter for enhanced effectiveness.
