Pain Points Solved
● Traditional POP treatments often require hysterectomy, which does not meet the needs of women wishing to preserve the uterus.
● Sacrocolpopexy involves long operative time and a steep learning curve, limiting its widespread adoption.
● Existing techniques may cause tissue adhesion and limit flexibility if hysterectomy is required in the future.
● There is a strong clinical need for a minimally invasive procedure that balances safety, efficiency, and durable outcomes.
Technology Introduction
LONG mesh is a synthetic mesh equipped with anchors to prevent mesh dislocation with better mesh fixation on the cervical surface. Long Mesh is a synthetic mesh with several protrusions over the surface area which makes connection with the anchored tissue surface which has a larger friction force with the cervical surface for better mesh attachment. The synthetic mesh of the present invention has a reticular structure which is made of several intertwining mesh materials creating a virtual tissue contact surface. The synthetic mesh comprises a long arm part, having a two- lateral edge in the direction of X and is symmetrical in both lateral edges; while a fixation part, extending from one of the lateral edges in a Y direction. The fixation part has several protrusions over the surface area which makes connection with the anchored tissue surface.

Application Examples
● LONG suspension offers a laparoscopic, uterus-preserving option with a high anatomical success rate.
● The novel transabdominal mesh hystero-cystopexy requires an operative time of approximately one hour.
● Reinforcement of the round ligaments demonstrates three-year outcomes comparable to conventional procedures.
● Suitable for women with uterine and bladder prolapse who prioritize minimally invasive surgery, rapid recovery, and quality of life.
